This year's festival was a washout on

Saturday, but Sunday proved to be a

huge success. Children enjoyed making

and flying their sled kites; the Rokkaku

battle was entertaining, and the colourful

kite displays were enjoyed by many.

Four soggy but enthusiastic participants

from EPCOR Water Services entered  the

 Corporate Kite Challenge,  creating  an

interesting and original work of art.
